Home What we build Review requests Review requests

Every finished install asks for a review.

When a job is marked installed, the customer gets a thank-you by text or email the next day with your Google review link. If they don't click, one reminder goes out a few days later. Then it stops.

The problem

Where reviews slip by.

The install goes well and the crew moves on to the next job. Nobody remembers to ask for a review, and the job ends without one.

What the system handles

  • 01Sends a review link after each finished install
  • 02Starts when you mark a job installed
  • 03Sends one reminder, then stops
  • 04Asks every customer the same way

Text or email, every job.

The thank-you goes out by text, or by email for customers without a mobile number, after each finished install.

What it does for your shop

Each finished install sends the customer a link to leave a Google review, so reviews grow without anyone remembering to ask.

How it works

  1. A job is marked installed, on the board, in QuickBooks, or by you texting "done."
  2. The next day, the customer gets a short thank-you with your Google review link.
  3. If they haven't clicked a few days later, they get one reminder. Then it stops.
  4. Every customer is asked the same way, with no filtering out unhappy customers and no rewards for reviews.

Where your customers' data lives

Each customer's name, phone or email, job type, install date, and whether they clicked the link belong to you and are kept separate from every other shop's. The email or texting service keeps a log of each message, and the system keeps short-lived run logs while it works.

Where the asking breaks down.

Nobody remembers to ask.

The crew finishes the install and heads to the next one. Asking for a review isn't anyone's job.

The ask comes too late.

Days later, the customer is busy and the install is old news.

Some customers get asked, some don't.

When asking depends on who remembers, it happens on a few jobs and not the rest.

How do we mark a job done?

On the board, in QuickBooks, or by texting "done." We set it up around how you close out jobs today.

Will customers get pestered?
